  Creating a Mailing List

To create a mailing list, simply click on the "Create Mailing List" menu item from the "Mailing Lists" menu. With each list, you can tell MarkNet Mail whether or not it can accept subscriptions and unsubscriptions, and also define which newsletter formats it can send (text, HTML or both).

  Importing Subscribers

You can import subscribers from any application that supports the CSV format, such as MS Access, Excel, or even Outlook, as well as from a database or email account.

  Creating a Multi-Part Newsletter

With MarkNet Mail, you can create text only, HTML only, or multi-part newsletters. When you create a multi-part newsletter, the recipients email client will decide which email format works best and show it automatically!

Inserting Custom Fields Into an Email

You can create custom fields for subscribers to fill out when they subscribe to your mailing list. You can then include these in the actual content of your email, and they will be replaced with each subscribers unique value when you send your email from MarkNet Mail.

  Email Campaign Statistics

MarkNet Mail generates dozens of different reports including statistics for mailing lists, individual email campaigns, link tracking, open rates, bounce rates, subscribe and unsubscribe data and more. Click the "Statistics" tab in the demo to see an example.

  Auto-Archiving Newsletters

All email campaigns that have been sent will be available as part of an RSS feed. You can then use the RSS feed to display a newsletter archive on your web site.

  Scheduling an Autoresponder

MarkNet Mail allows you to create an unlimited number of autoresponders per mailing list. For example, you could create one to go out 1 hour after a visitor subscribes to your mailing list, then another after 5 hours, then another after 48 hours, etc.

  Generating Subscription Forms

Easily create subscribe, unsubscribe and modify detail forms from the MarkNet Mail control panel, which you can then place on your website. The look of the forms can easily be changed to match the look of your website!

  Creating a Newsletter Template

Create re-useable newsletter templates with MarkNet Mail. Then, when you create a newsletter, you can have MarkNet Mail automatically load this template into the editor. Template are a great idea for newsletters that require the same layout, but contain different content!
